No planning fee
For hotel-only bookings: one or more hotels, with no transfers, guides or activities. The hotel commission covers my work.
Planning fee
For full itineraries with transfers, guides or experiences. It depends on the length of the trip, the number of travellers and how complex the route is, so I quote it after our first call and before I start working.
The planning fee is paid when you approve the proposal and is non-refundable.
